1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtka ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdtka website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, payment services, bonuses, promotions, and all other features and services offered through bdtka.net.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the bdtka platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information you provide to bdtka during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in English and are to be interpreted under English-language legal conventions. Where any ambiguity arises, the interpretation most protective of the integrity and fair operation of the bdtka platform shall prevail.

bdtka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdtka will provide reasonable notice to registered players via on-platform notification or to the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register a bdtka account you must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) who is at least 18 years of age. Registration is open to residents of Bangladesh who are legally permitted under applicable local law to access online gaming platforms. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active bdtka account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any winnings accumulated across multiple accounts may be voided, and balances may be forfeited at bdtka's sole discretion.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your bdtka account and must keep that information up to date throughout the duration of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, national ID or passport number (where requested during KYC), and contact details including a valid email address and mobile number.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdtka operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of all registered players. You may be required to submit supporting documents at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time bdtka reasonably requests verification. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid passport;
• Driver's licence (where it includes date of birth and photograph);
• Recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within 90 days);
• Screenshot or digital record of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bdtka may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. bdtka strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings. bdtka staff will never request your password under any circumstances — any communication purporting to be from bdtka that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdtka supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bdtka does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdtka accepts no responsibility.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bdtka is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may also be subject to account-level limits applied by bdtka's risk management team based on your account status and verification level. You can view your current deposit limits in your account dashboard at any time.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are typically processed within 2–24 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, national holidays, or when additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your account and is registered in your name.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

bdtka reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents submitted are under review;
• Active bonus funds are attached to your balance and the applicable wagering requirement has not been met;
• bdtka's fraud or risk management team has flagged the account for review;
• The withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to deposit history, triggering a manual review process;
• There is a discrepancy between the payment method name and the registered account name.

3.5 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bdtka reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements.

4. Bonus Terms

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

bdtka offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and tournament prize distributions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your bdtka account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

4.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates at bdtka are:

• Slots (excluding jackpot slots): 100% contribution;
• Crash games (including Aviator): 100% contribution;
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution;
• Sports betting: 100% contribution at odds of 1.50 or higher;
• Jackpot slots and progressive games: 0% contribution;
• Other table games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger): 10% contribution.

Individual promotion pages may specify different contribution rates — where a promotion's terms differ from the above schedule, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

bdtka operates sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance; collusion between multiple accounts to share bonus value; repeated pattern betting that exploits specific game mechanics; and the use of automated software or bots. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance immediately cancelled, any winnings derived from abusive play voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

4.5 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement and claim a new bonus, the earlier bonus may be cancelled at bdtka's discretion. It is your responsibility to review the bonus terms before opting into any promotion.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Providers and Certification

All games available on the bdtka platform are supplied by tier-one game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Big Time Gaming, and Yggdrasil. These studios operate under their own regulatory certifications and use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair, unbiased game outcomes. bdtka does not modify game logic, payout tables, or RTP rates from those certified and published by the relevant game provider.

5.2 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, software error, or display glitch — that affects a game round, bdtka reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed on that round to your account balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured. bdtka is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

5.3 Betting Limits

All games and betting markets on bdtka operate within minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market before you place a wager. bdtka reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including placing account-level stake limits on players who exhibit patterns associated with professional arbitrage or system betting.

5.4 Voided Bets

Sports bets may be voided in circumstances including: the event being cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or abandoned before the market's settlement point is reached; obvious pricing errors in the odds offered; or evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity on the relevant event. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdtka platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance frozen pending investigation, their bonus funds cancelled, and any winnings derived from prohibited activity voided:

• Registering more than one account on the bdtka platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your bdtka account;
• Participating in any form of money laundering, including using the bdtka platform to process, conceal, or convert funds of illicit origin;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or game logic errors to gain an unfair financial advantage — any such vulnerability must be reported to bdtka immediately at [email protected];
• Colluding with other players, game dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in professional arbitrage betting across multiple platforms using bdtka as one leg of the arbitrage position;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdtka customer support staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to access or tamper with the bdtka platform's underlying code, databases, or server infrastructure.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by bdtka

bdtka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation; inability to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity for 12 or more consecutive months; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider; or a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.

7.2 Closure Requested by Player

You may close your bdtka account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Upon receipt of your closure request, bdtka will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified, non-bonus funds remaining in your account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your primary withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are encouraged to contact bdtka's support team directly at [email protected]. Responsible gaming closures are processed with higher priority than standard closure requests. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period. 7.4 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of your bdtka account — whether initiated by you or by bdtka — your right to access the platform, its games, and its services is immediately terminated. Any active bonus funds attached to your account are forfeited at the point of closure. Promotional offers, loyalty points, or tournament entries associated with the closed account are non-transferable and will not be redeemed.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

8.1 Platform Availability

bdtka makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, bdtka does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or other disruptions outside bdtka's direct control.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtka's total liability to you for any single claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdtka account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdtka is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8.3 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that bdtka cannot guarantee any outcome on any game, sport, or betting market. All wagers are placed at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using the bdtka platform. bdtka provides no legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location.

8.4 Third-Party Game Provider Terms

Games on the bdtka platform are provided by independent third-party studios operating under their own terms, certifications, and regulatory obligations. bdtka is not responsible for the policies, game mathematics, or technical performance of third-party game content beyond ensuring that certified, commercially released versions of those games are hosted on the platform.
